Fields add static information to your reports data tables, which you can use to narrow down the data rows displayed in your reports.

Project Fields

Field Name

Description

ID

A project's unique ID in Runn.

Client

The client the project has been assigned to. This can be your own company for any internal projects.

Project Status

Active or Archived.

Contract Status

Confirmed or Tentative.

Pricing Model

Time and Materials, Fixed Price or Non - Billable.

Tags

Any project tags you have assigned to the project.

Tags are optional. If no tags exist for a person, Tags will show as "--"

Any custom field in your company account.

People Fields

Field Name

Description

ID

A person's unique ID in Runn.

Email

A person's email address.

Email is optional. If no email address exists for a person, Email will be empty.

Role

A person's role, as per the person's contract.

Team

The team you have allocated the person to.

Teams are optional. If no team exists for a person, Team will show as "--"

Type

Placeholder or Person.

Type is available on the People Explorer Report only.

Person Status

Active or Archived.

Person Status is available on the People Explorer Report only.

Tags

Any people tags you have assigned to the person.

Tags are optional. If no tags exist for a person, Tags will show as "--"

Current Relationship

Either Employee or Contractor, as per the person's contract.

Current Relationship is available on the People Explorer Report only.

End of Current Relationship

The end date of a person's current contract.

If no end date has been set, End of Current Relationship will show as "--"

End of Current Relationship is available on the People Explorer Report only.

Any custom field in your company account.
