The Completed Timesheets Report allows you to quickly see whether timesheets have been filled out.
Runn is very explicit about filling in timesheets. We ask users to fill them in very frequently - ideally, every day - on every project. This allows Runn to track who has completed work, when they were scheduled but missed work, and when timesheet entries are missing.
The completed timesheet report highlights when someone was scheduled to work, but has not entered any time against that project.
It is very important that there are no missing actuals ( ❌ ) if you are using timesheets in Runn for accurate reporting. Learn more here.
If there are any X's, this means your numbers will not be correct, and your forecasts will not be as accurate as possible. This is because Runn will assume that the scheduled hours were worked if there are missing actuals.
Note: If no time was worked, enter '0' into the corresponding project in the timesheets.
