The Missing Timesheets Report allows you to quickly see whether timesheets have been filled out.

Runn is very explicit about filling in timesheets. We ask users to fill them in very frequently - every day if possible - on every project. This allows Runn to track who has completed work, when they were scheduled but missed work, and when timesheets entries are missing.

The missing timesheet report highlights when someone was scheduled to work, but has not entered any time against that project.

It is very important there are no red X's if you are using timesheets in Runn. If there are any X's this means your numbers will not be correct and your forecasts will not be as accurate as possible.

Note: If no time was worked, enter '0' into the corresponding project in the timesheets.
