What subscription plans are available at Runn?

We offer three plan types, each with different features tailored to your organization's needs. Visit our pricing page for more information.

What are pro-rated charges?

A pro-rated charge occurs when a new seat (either by adding a new resource or unarchiving an existing one) is added during a billing cycle. For monthly plans, we will invoice you at the beginning of the next billing cycle for the seat that was added at a prorated rate. We will also credit you if a seat was removed.

For annual plans, charges for new seats are also prorated but invoiced at renewal or mid-term if the increase is greater than 20%. No credits are issued for annual plans.

What is the difference between "person managed" and "user" in Runn?

Person managed (or managed resource) is a person who can be assigned to work on projects in Runn.

Users are people who require access to Runn, but are not necessarily involved in project-related assignments, such as those in HR, Accounting, or the CEO. Users are not assigned to projects nor can they be allocated assignments. Users are free and unlimited so you can add as many as required.

Please note: an individual also has the ability to function as both a managed resource and user simultaneously.

What happens if I delete or archive a person managed? Do I get a credit?

For monthly plans, you will also need to access the billing page and decrease the number of needed seats. If you do this, a credit may be applied on your next monthly charge.

For annual plans, this will not have any effect and no credit is applied as discounts are applied at the start of the contract. However, 30 days before your renewal, you can alert your CSM that you require less seats this year.

What happens if I add a person to the planner?

If you have an available seat, there will be no extra cost. So if an employee is deleted or archived from Runn, this frees up their seat. When you hire their replacement, they will now occupy this seat.

If there is no available seat, a new seat will be added automatically and a pro-rated charge will be applied at the next billing cycle.

What if I delete my account?

If you choose to delete your account instead of deactivate, you will not be able to access your account anymore, and any payment already made will be forfeited and any money owed will be forgiven.

Do I need to pay tax?

Tax applies only to New Zealand- and Australia-based organizations.

If your organization is based in the EU, USA or any region other than New Zealand & Australia, no tax will be added.
