How do I see and manage my billing?

Runn is priced based on the number of resources (or Managed People) in your account.

Plan & Billing

You can visit the Plan & Billing page to keep track of the number of resources you are charged for, and download any invoices incurred or update payment details.

Only Admin users with Edit Account Settings set to On can view this page.


Monthly Plan

For Monthly Plan customers, you are charged based on the number of resource seats.

Annual Plan

For Annual Plan customers, you are charged based on the number of managed people you agreed to commit to at the start of the annual plan.

  • The charge will not be reduced if you archive or delete any active people in the account during the billing cycle.

  • If you have added more people during the billing cycle, the pro-rata changes will be added to the invoice for the next renewal

  • At 30 days prior to renewal, you will receive a reminder email from our team.

  • Please contact us at success@runn.io if you would like to increase or decrease the number of managed people next year.

  • Visit the Plan & Billing tab

  • View the Manage People and Estimated Next Charge
