Runn is priced based on the number of resources (or Managed People) in your account.
Plan & Billing
You can visit the Plan & Billing page to keep track of the number of resources you are charged for, and download any invoices incurred or update payment details.
Only Admin users with Edit Account Settings set to On can view this page.
Monthly Plan
For Monthly Plan customers, you are charged based on the number of resource seats.

Annual Plan
For Annual Plan customers, you are charged based on the number of resource seats you agreed to at the start of the annual plan.
The charge will not be reduced if you archive or delete any active people in the account during the billing cycle.
If you have added more people during the billing cycle, the pro-rated charge will be charged to your credit card on the 21st of the month, or if you have a set agreement with us, at renewal.
