How do I cancel my Runn Account?

To cancel your subscription, the Runn Admin (with Edit Account Settings and Data set as On) in your organization must log into Runn and follow the instructions below to start the cancellation process.

Go to Settings > Plan & Billing and click Cancel Subscription:

The subscription will end in the current billing cycle and you will not be charged next month/year.

Do I still have access to my account after cancellation?

You can continue to access your account until the end of the current billing cycle. Afterwards, you will lose access to your account. We recommend backing up your data if needed before cancelling the account.

Will my data stay in Runn if I want to re-activate my account later?

All the data will be kept in your Runn account for 12 months unless specified otherwise. Your data will be intact if you decide to re-activate a cancelled account later.

If you want to remove all your data, you can delete the account.

Can I cancel the account and receive a refund for the remainder of the current billing cycle?

As per our Terms of Service, The Service Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis or annual basis and are non-refundable. The Service Fees are based on the number of active people you manage within the Service.

You may provide notice cancelling your subscription at any time. However, your subscription will not end until the end of the current billing period.
