How do I cancel my Runn Account?

To cancel your subscription, the Runn Admin (with Edit Account Settings and Data set as On) in your organization must log into Runn and follow the instructions below to start the cancellation process.

Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel Subscription, then the subscription will end in the current billing cycle and you will not be charged next month/year.

As per our Terms of Service, The Service Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis or annual basis and are non-refundable. The Service Fees are based on the number of active people you manage within the Service.

You may provide notice cancelling your subscription at any time. However, your subscription will not end until the end of the current billing period.

All the data will be kept in your Runn account for 12 months unless specified otherwise.

You may also want to delete the account to remove all your data in Runn.
