How are archived team members handled from a monthly billing perspective?

How archive members are charged or if you pay for them.

We charge per seat and each seat is occupied by a resource (person managed on the Planner) If you archive someone on our monthly plan, you will create an inactive seat.

If the seat is no longer needed, an account admin must remove the seat from the billing section to adjust the monthly charge. We look at seats daily and prorate any charges and credits. These are added to your next monthly bill.
