The Person Dashboard is your one-stop view of everything you need to know about someone in Runn. It pulls together their availability, workload, contracts, time off, timesheets, and more, so you can easily see how they fit into your planning.
Think of it as the place where numbers meet people - helping you balance capacity, forecast revenue, and keep everyone on track.
Accessing the Person Dashboard
From the People Planner > Identify the person
Click on the 3-dot icon next to the person's name > Select Open Dashboard
Dashboard Panels
You can click on the tabs to jump to the different panels on the Person Dashboard to look for the information you need:
Dashboard Toolbar
Next to the person’s name at the top of the dashboard, you’ll find three handy buttons that add extra depth and flexibility.
Open in Planner – Opens the person directly in the Planner view so you can adjust scheduled hours or add/ remove them from projects.
Notes - Use People Notes to capture anything that doesn’t quite fit into structured data, or tag another user to discuss about this person's schedule.
Activity - Displays the person’s activity log, such as changes to allocations, actuals, scheduled leaves, and notes.
Snapshot
Right at the top, you’ll see a quick snapshot of this week and the next three weeks. This gives you an instant sense of how someone’s time is shaping up.
Utilization - The percentage of their effective capacity that has been scheduled. (Over 100% means they’re overbooked.)
Time Off - How many days they’re away on leave or public holidays.
Total Work Assigned - The total scheduled hours they’ve got across projects.
Billings - The forecasted revenue linked to their assigned work.
This section is perfect for spotting underbooking or overbooking at a glance.
Skills
Here you’ll find the person’s key skills and areas of expertise. This makes it simple to match people to the right projects when you’re planning ahead.

Time Off
This tab keeps track of scheduled leave and public holidays. You’ll see:

This ensures you never accidentally schedule someone when they’re not available.

Completed Timesheets
A simple log of timesheet submissions, with clear indicators for whether weeks have been completed. Helpful for checking that actuals are being recorded consistently.
Timesheet
Here you can view the weekly logged actual hours, identify any missing actuals and edit the person's timesheet if needed.
You can also see scheduled vs. actual totals, this helps you understand how closely plans match reality, so you can improve forecasting going forward.
