It is not possible to change your email address in your account by yourself.
If there is another admin (with Edit Account Settings and Data set as On) in your account, ask them to invite you to Runn again with your new email address, and delete the original user with the old email address afterwards.

Adding a new user does not automatically add the person as a "person managed."
To assign a user to projects, click New > Person and add the person as a "person managed" in Runn. Ensure the email address of the person matches the user's email address. This way, the user will be able to access their timesheets, view the scheduled hours and log their actual hours on the timesheets.
User and "person managed" are separate in Runn.
Users are people who require access to Runn, but are not necessarily involved in project-related assignments, such as those in HR, Accounting, or the CEO. Users are not assigned to projects nor can they be allocated assignments by default.
Person managed (or managed resource) is a person who can be assigned to work on projects in Runn. You can link a user to a person by using the same email address.

As Runn uses a mass emailer system, your organization may have security settings may be blocking delivery of the emails (but it may allow the first few through and then block subsequent emails). If you suspect this is happening, please ensure your IT team add the Runn emails "invites@runn.io" and "noreply@runn.io" to your whitelist (Approved Senders list)
For smaller organizations- you may need this done on an individual basis by all users by creating an Approved Senders list or adjusting their SPAM filters.

If another member of your organization created a test account and the trial has now expired, please contact us to reactivate your trial or follow these steps to create a new account:
Click on Try for Free on www.runn.io.
Enter your Company name, email and choose a password.
3. You will then see this message saying account with [your domain name] already exist. Click on Create a New Account.
3. You will be re-directed to the initial screen where you will be asked to enter your email and password again. to Re-enter your password and it will bring you to your new account.
4. Enter your company data and click on Launch.

A user is a person who logs into Runn and can access data. They may also be listed as a resource (or a "person" on the People Planner) and have work assignments for your projects on Runn. Although they are the same person and connected via their email address, they act like two separate entities in Runn.
Removing a user from the Manage > Users list will remove their access to Runn. They will no longer be allowed to log in and access your Runn dashboard or timesheets. All the shared custom reports they have created will all be deleted.
However, you will still see their name on the People Planner. All the person details, assignments and timesheets data will remain.

We currently do not support enabling the user to change their own email address. The admin user (with Edit Account Settings set as On) can remove the old email address as a user and invite the new one to change the email address.
If the user is also a person managed in Runn, identify the person on the People Planner > click Edit details > update the email address > Save
Go to Manage > Users
Find the old email address and click Remove
Click Invite Users to Account on the top right corner
Add the new email address, select the permission settings and click Invite
If the user has created Custom Reports, set up Starred Projects or People and Saved filters, they would have to manually re-add them back to the new user account.
What would happen to the assignments and timesheet data?
Removing a user account (the old email address) will not affect any time data logged into Runn. All the data will still be recorded in the system and is accessible from the Person Dashboard.
