Adding a new user does not automatically add the person as a "person managed."
To assign a user to projects, click New > Person and add the person as a "person managed" in Runn. Ensure the email address of the person matches the user's email address. This way, the user will be able to access their timesheets, view the scheduled hours and log their actual hours on the timesheets.
User and "person managed" are separate in Runn.
Users are people who require access to Runn, but are not necessarily involved in project-related assignments, such as those in HR, Accounting, or the CEO. Users are not assigned to projects nor can they be allocated assignments by default.
Person managed (or managed resource) is a person who can be assigned to work on projects in Runn. You can link a user to a person by using the same email address.
