What are Missing Actual Hours?

Timesheets are expected to be completed by the end of the week.

If actual hours are not logged in the previous week on a scheduled project, the field will be highlighted in Red and it is considered a missing actual hours entry (missing actuals).

You will NOT be allowed to fill in this week's timesheet until you have completed the timesheet of the previous weeks.

Incomplete Timesheet Reminders

If the Admin has enabled Incomeplete Timesheet Reminders notifications in the Runn account, you can turn on incomplete timesheet reminders to remind yourself to complete last week's timesheets.

Bulk add actual hours to missing actual fields

When there are missing timesheet entries in the week, you will see a shortcut button that allows you to fill the missing actuals with Scheduled Hours or Zero Hour.

Fill missing actuals with Scheduled Hours

When you click on Scheduled Hours, all the missing actuals will be filled with the scheduled hours add to the project.

For example, if the scheduled hours for the day is 4 hours, the actual hours will be filled in as 4 hours.

Fill missing actuals with Zero Hours

When you click on Zero Hours, all the missing actuals will be filled with 0.

For example, if the scheduled hours for the day is 4 hours, but you actually didn't work on that project. The actual hours will be filled in as 0 hour.

Please make sure you are intentional when you click on the Scheduled Hours/ Zero Hours button.

Once the actual hours are entered, there is no way to bulk delete them. You will have to remove them one by one.
