Admin User Type

This article explains the different permissions that the Admin user type has by default and those that can be turned on/off.

If you would like to let the user become a data manager in Runn, you can add them as an Admin user.

Edit Account-wide Data

All Admins can edit the following account-wide data under the Manage Tab:

  • Projects (includes deleting projects with historical data)

  • People (includes deleting projects with historical data)

  • Clients

  • Rate Cards (the ability to edit is subject to Financial Data permission)

  • Project Templates

  • Workstreams

  • Roles (the ability to edit cost and rate is subject to Financial Data permission)

  • Skills

  • Teams

  • Tags

  • Public Holidays (under Settings)

Editing and Viewing Custom Fields and Views settings are available only when Edit Account Settings and all Data is set as On.

All Admin users can view:

  • Account Settings

  • Users

  • Activity Log

Editing Account Settings and User Permissions are available only when Edit Account Settings and Data is set as On.
