The 'Edit Account Settings and Data' permission setting is available only to Admin users.
When 'On' is selected
This is for "full admin" in your Runn account. This permission allows Admins to:
Edit Account Settings (including enable/disable timesheets)
Invite new users
Edit other users' permissions
Delete Projects with historical actuals
Change Project Roles with actuals
Delete People with historical actuals
Create and edit "Views" Settings
Import and export CSV files
Manage integrations and API settings
Create multiple accounts
Edit and view Custom Fields
When 'Off' is selected
The Admin users will not have access to the above functions. Financial access can be customized to all, restricted or none.
The user can still access:
Account Settings (View only)
Export (only when financial permission is set to All)
Select this option if you prefer that the user only edit data under the Manage tab.
