Only Admin users with Edit Account Settings and Data set as On have access to the CSV Import & Export Tool.

You can use the CSV Import/Exporter to:

  • Invite new users in bulk

  • Export list of users with their permission levels

  • Update users' permission levels

Check out Managing your Runn users' access permissions to learn more about user permissions.

Users are free and unlimited so you can add as many as required.

What is the difference between users and people managed?

Check out this help article to learn more.

You cannot remove Users in Runn with the CSV Tool. You will have to remove them manually in Runn.
