If you have multiple isolated departments, divisions, or business units across your organization, you can have different Runn accounts for each group and conveniently access each one with just one click. An organization can have as many accounts as it needs.

For example, let's say you are the Head of the North American division at your org, and you have two separate country groups - United States and Canada. You can create a Runn account for each group.

Departmental separation

Have a clear separation of resources and projects for each department or business unit.

Each account is also billed separately, meaning you don't have to worry about how one department's budgets impacts another's.

User permission control

People cannot access other accounts unless they've been invited to them as users. Their permission level and financial access can be adjusted for each account.

For example, a Team Lead in the United States may have full admin permissions with full access to financial data in the United States account, and no access to financial data in the Candadian account.

Flexible account switching

Get invited to different Runn accounts on the same email address, so you can seamlessly switch between each account without having to log in and out each time.

Please note:

  • Accounts are separate. The users in one account will not have access to another unless they are invited to it. All people, projects and reports are not shared. This feature is suitable for your org if your business units are completely separate and can be managed independently.

  • Control users' permissions per account. If you invite a user to multiple accounts in your organization, they can have different permission levels for each.
