Remove all unrequired columns

Ensure no duplicated records
Make sure that there are no duplicated people and each record has a unique email address that is added to a person managed in Runn
3. Importing the Data
Jump to the Importing CSV file in Runn and follow the steps to import your CSV file.
Adding new skills/ Updating Skill levels of people
If you want to add new skills to people or update the skill level of their existing skills, you can easily download the existing data, make the changes and re-import the CSV file to Runn.
You cannot remove and replace an existing skill of a person by updating the skill name in this importer.
If you need to remove and replace people's skills, please use the People CSV Importer.

Person Identifier column
The numeric value in the Person Identifier column in the downloaded file is Runn's Person ID, a unique identifier in Runn.
You can keep it as is. If you have a data set that uses the person's email address or Employee ID added in the External References field as the unique identifier, you can add emails/ external references to the Person Identifier column to update the person's data:
Update skill levels only
You can update a person's level of an existing skill (e.g. changing from 3 to 4)
You cannot remove an existing skill by changing the skill name to another one. If you would like to remove and replace the skill, use the People CSV Importer, or manually remove the skill
