From the Project/People Planner, find one of the assignments/ time offs you would like to delete
Click on the 3-dot button on the assignment/ time off
Click Enable Multi-Select Mode

βClick on all the assignments/ time offs that you would like to delete, they will now pop up as you have selected them
Hover your cursor on one of the selected assignments/ time off, right-click and choose Delete All Selected

Please note you cannot delete a public holiday or rostered day off. But you can assign work on those days. This will be considered "overtime" in reporting but the cost to business will be based on their standard rate and not overtime rate.
