Confirmed workload: Sum of assignment hours for both people & placeholders in CONFIRMED projects (includes assignments for people with NO contract)
Tentative workload: Sum of assignment hours for both people & placeholders in TENTATIVE projects. (includes assignments for people with NO contract)
Max capacity: Sum of all people's hours - (minus) Sum of all time-off hours (Placeholders NOT included)
Remaining capacity: Max Capacity - (minus) Sum of Confirmed & Tentative Workload
