We've created a brand new home for skills so it's much easier for you to manage and use them!

In the past, we've recommended using tags as a way to see what skills people have. But if you've got lots of other uses for tags, such as locations or departments, it can quickly get overwhelming to trawl through all the tags to find what you're looking for.

Now, Skills and Levels is a separate feature in Runn that you can do so much more with! This includes:

  • Managing all skills in one place

  • Adding skill levels to each person's skills

  • Easily identifying skills gaps

  • Having more confidence that you're assigning the right people to projects
