What is Zapier?
Zapier is an AI automation platform that connects over 7000 SaaS apps and allows you to create automated workflows that save you time.
What can I do with Zapier?
You're pretty much limited to your imagination. Here are a few examples ...
Every time a new project is created in Runn, automatically announce it on the #new-work channel in Slack with an AI summary of the client the project is for.
When a new deal is closed in your CRM, automatically create a new client in Runn if it doesn't already exist.

Zapier Terminology
Learn the basics below and you'll be up and running in a few minutes.
Trigger - the event that kicks off your workflow e.g. New Project in Runn
Action - one or more steps that happen after your trigger. e.g. Create a Message in a Slack Channel
Zap - the combination of a trigger and one or more actions. A Zap is the blueprint that describes what your workflow does.
Search Action - sometimes you'll need to check if something exists in Runn before you try to create it. e.g. When creating a project you need to specify a client, so search for it in Runn and automatically create it if it doesn't exist
What are the different ways I can create a Zap?
Choose from out-of-the-box Zaps that integrate with Runn
Provide Zapier a one-line description of what you're trying to do and Zapier will suggest a possible workflow (pretty neat huh!)
Create your own custom Zaps with many steps, including filters, loops, conditional logic & AI enrichment to do anything you like.
