This should be set on the account level in Settings> Account Settings> Edit Details. (You'll need to be an Admin)
You can also adjust this via Rate Cards (Manage>Rate Cards) by selecting "Daily Rate" when creating a new rate card.
As well, you can also adjust this per project on the Budget Modal by clicking on "Hours" in the Budget tab and selecting Days.
