A pro-rated charge occurs when a new person is added during a billing cycle. For monthly plans, we will invoice you at the beginning of the next billing cycle for the person who was added at a prorated rate. We will also refund you if someone was removed.

For annual plans, pro-rated charges are calculated and invoiced at renewal or mid-term if the amount is over 20% of the plan quantity you purchased. There are no refunds for people being removed as these plans are set-up by seats.
