Admin users with Edit Account Settings set as Off can now delete projects and people with assignments or actuals. They do not need to manually remove the assignments or actuals before deleting projects or people.
Manager users can delete projects or people they manage with assignments. They do not need to manually remove the assignments before deleting projects or people. Manager users still cannot delete projects or people with actuals.
