This type of notification is enabled by default.
To disable, please navigate to Settings, and then Account Settings. You'll need to click on "Edit" and then scroll to the "Weekly Schedule Email" and toggle it off.
Any user with scheduled assignments will automatically receive a weekly email summarizing their upcoming work and any scheduled time off. It's an easy way to keep your team informed about what’s ahead.
Users must have access to the Runn account in order to receive the email.
The email goes out at 17:00 UTC Sunday for the upcoming week- so any changes made after will be reflected on the next email.
Individual users can toggle this off by navigating to Settings > My Notifications and toggling it off:
