Weekly Schedule Updates

A weekly notification to help your team stay aligned and prepared for the week ahead.

This type of notification must be enabled on the Account settings by an Admin with editing settings permissions. It will be enabled by default.

To disable, please navigate to Settings, and then Account Settings. You'll need to click on "Edit" and then scroll to the "Weekly Schedule Email" and toggle it off.

Anyone with scheduled assignments will automatically receive a weekly email summarizing their upcoming work and any scheduled time off. It's an easy way to keep your team informed about what’s ahead.

The email goes out at 17:00 UTC Sunday for the upcoming week- so any changes made after will be reflected on the next email.

Individual users can toggle this off by navigating to Settings > My Notifications and toggling it off:
