Project Team Member Updates

Managers and Admin users who are following a project will be notified when new team members are added to or removed from that project.

✅ How Notifications Work

  • By default, project followers receive both an in-app notification and an email when team changes occur.

  • You can adjust your preferences at any time by navigating to:

    Settings → Notifications → Project Team Member Updates

  • Notifications are delayed by 24 hours and batched per project. You’ll only receive one summary notification per project, rather than multiple alerts for each change.
