Get real-time updates on resourcing requests raised on your Team or people
Runn's Incoming Requests and Updates in-app notification alerts you when a resource request has been raised, or its status has changed for the teams, projects, or people you follow. So you can act on the requests as needed!
Who should enable this notification?
Resource Manager / People Manager / Team Leads
You want to be notified when someone on your team raises a resourcing request or suggests someone you manage to fulfill a resource request.
When will you receive notifications?
Once set up, you’ll receive alerts when someone takes the following actions on the people or people team you follow:
Raise resourcing Requests with the team added as a requirement or the person's name added to the list of Suggested People
Comment on a resourcing request with the person's name added to the list of Suggested People
Change the status of the resourcing request with the person's name added to the list of Suggested People
Cancel a request with the team added as a requirement or the person's name added to the list of Suggested People
Transfer assignments from a placeholder to the person you follow
Select people you want to follow
Select people you want to follow from the My Notifications page to start receiving notifications.
Once it is set up, it is turned on by default.
