One of our most requested enhancement is live! You can now view metrics based on either Hours or FTE by adjusting the Display toggle. Please note that this is a user based setting and will not be saved in custom reports.

This can be quite helpful when assessing resourcing gaps and designing hiring reports:

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE FTE METRIC IS BASED ON ACCOUNT SETTINGS. So if you have employees in different locations with different work hours, our reports will be based on the account settings Full time hours setting.
