You can view who has remaining availability, or who is on the "bench" using either the People Planner or the People Explorer Report.
People Planner
To view who's available for work on the People Planner:
Determine the period you are interested in (Month, Quarter, Half, Year) Please note that the availability sort is based on what is on the screen - so for "Month" - it will actually be 5 weeks.
Navigate using the arrows to determine the correct date period.
Add a filter or view if needed.
Chose a Unit of Summary- either Available hours per week, Available FTE or even Utilization %.
Optional: Add a grouping like Team or Role
6. Sort by Availability.
Important: Remember to re-sort if you move the date period, the period or even the filter.

If you have this feature enabled- you'll also get an option to sort by availability:
Reporting
In reports, you can pull this information using the "Remaining Availability" metric and utilization using the Utilization Preset.
Select "Utilization Preset " on Reports
In the filter- add: Person State>Active and Employment Type>Contractor & Employee (removes No contracts)
Add a grouping option if applicable- like Role or Team.
Select the proper date range and time period.
We suggest setting time period "week" and date range the next 12 months.
In Columns-
Unselect the Person fields you don't need.
Unselect Utilization> Billable & Unbillable options for clarity
Add Capacity>Remaining Availability
Sort by :
Utilization- Arrows let you sort by least to most utilized. Look for those with an upcoming utilization under 100. If they are above "0"- use the remaining availability to see how many hours they have.
OR
Use the filter option on Remaining Availability for any specific week and indicate - Less than (number of working hours per week like 41 for 40 hour work week)
Sort again using the arrows to see most available.
Include Tentative if you want to see what possible hours they will have.
7. Save the Report to for quicker access next time.
