If you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your Spam or Junk folder - it might have ended up there. You can also try searching your mailbox for noreply@runn.io .

How to Stop Future Emails from Going to Spam

If our email ended up in your Spam folder, you can make sure it goes to your inbox next time by following these steps:

  • Gmail: open the email, click 3 dots, choose ‘’Filter messages like this’’ and check ‘’Never send to Spam’’.

  • Outlook: right-click the email address and select ‘’Add to Save Senders’’.

  • Yahoo mail: open the email, click 3 dots, and choose ‘’Add sender to contacts’’.
