Currently our charge out rates on projects are grouped by role.

If you would like each to have different rates for the same role on a project, they each need to be set up as a different role. For example:

’Project Manager Junior’, ‘Project Manager Intermediate’ or ‘Project Manager 1’, ‘Project Manager 2’

However, costs (cost to the business) can be adjusted on an individual level in the resource contract details under manage > people
