Each resource you add to Runn will have a default role. But you can assign them a different role for the same or different projects.
Click on Add Person or Placeholder.
Select the person you wish to add with their first role in the project, check off the box and click on "Add Selected".
3. Click on Add Person or Placeholder again - but this time click on the downward arrow next to the role and choose a new role, check off the box and click on Add Selected.
4. You will now see the resource twice under the same project with different roles:
If they have a different role for a different project- simply add them once at the correct role.
Although you cannot assign a person two roles as part of their set-up, you can define their role (and charge out rate) in the way above.
