Why are my 'Actual vs Scheduled' amounts showing different on the project performance graph vs the table?

The reason is that on the "Project Performance" (graph) we exclude assignments from placeholders that are in the past.

In the Actual vs Schedule, include the assignments related to this placeholder even when in the past.

The specific reasons for this was considering each independently, we thought:

​In project performance - any placeholder who didn't have the work occur should be excluded from the totals (since by definition no one actually did the work)
​
​In Actual vs Scheduled - any placeholder who didn't have work occur, should still be compared as part of the 'original plan'.
