If you enable 'autofill missing actuals' for timesheets, does that count as missing actuals (so it will use the scheduled hours instead)?

No, if you have enabled this, then the actuals aren't considered missing.

If you have "Autofill" then we will automatically fill out past dates for you with 0 hours - which is primary used when you are importing data from another source.

For the people costs- historic data- does it use actual hours (from timesheets) as opposed to scheduled hours? What about in the future?
