You can reschedule your projects from the:
Project Planner 3-dot menu, or
Project Dashboard cog menu
You cannot reschedule a project that has timesheet data (actuals) against it. You must manually adjust the project to ensure consistency of data or delete the actuals.
Click on the 3-dot menu on a project from the Project Planner or the cog menu on a project dashboard
Select Reschedule
Choose the week that you want to move the project to
Click the Reschedule button
Why can I only reschedule by week?
To avoid issues of assignments being moved over weekends, you must choose the new week you wish to move the project to i.e. If the first assignment/milestone/phase in the project starts on a Wednesday, it will be moved to Wednesday of the chosen week.
All spacing between assignments and phases will stay exactly the same as in the original plans.
If you need to move the project to start on a different day, manually move the assignments first. You can use multi-select to speed up this process.
