At the moment, Runn does not support creating custom metrics. If there is a metric important to your organization that you'd like added to Runn's reporting, please let us know.
As a workaround, if your browser has an AI Agent, for example, Google Gemini in Chrome or MS Copilot in Microsoft Edge, you can easily prompt the AI agent to read the content on Runn's report in your browser and generate a CSV or Excel file with the custom metric added.
Example
I want to view the deviation percentage between scheduled and actual hours by project in reports.
Go to Reports > Select Project Category
Select Actual vs Scheduled Hours
Open your browser's AI Agent, enter the following prompt:
"Look at the current report on this page and create a new report to be exported to Excel, adding the following for:
- variance, where it gives the difference between actuals and scheduled - one column for hours, another for %"The AI Agent will generate a spreadsheet file with the custom metrics you are looking for.
