As Runn uses effective capacity, it may not always be clear how many hours & minutes to assign as it may vary based on their individual contracts, public holidays and time off.
Instead, consider using Capacity for the unit on assignments and Utilization on the unit of Summary.
You can also toggle on "Total Effort" to see the overall effort and the utilization across both projects.
