We've just added Custom Date Range to the new Reports Module for both People & Project Reports.

Previously, if you could only select a date range based on a time period:

However, now you can use a custom date range without selecting a time period:

This provides more flexibility so you can pull reports for a few days, for the specific start and end of a project, bi-weekly, or whatever range you need.
