1. Error message: "We're sorry! Something went wrong"

If you see this error message, you can click on Reset Local Settings button to reset the browser cache in Runn.

Alternatively, you can find the Reset browser cache button here:

  1. Hover your cursor to the top right corner, choose Settings

  2. From My Settings, scroll down to the User Actions panel

  3. Click Reset browser cache

2. Why do I get a blank screen when I log into my Runn account?

You might be experiencing this issue due to your browser version. We recommend using one of the latest versions of Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, or Safari 17. Please note that we actively support the latest two major versions of each browser.
