Runn's platform has undergone many improvements in the last 7 years. We've increased our pricing both in September 2024 where we decided to keep the Free Plan active. However, new pricing rolled out on December 1, 2025 retired this plan permanently for new customers and existing customers were given 1 additional year . We've had to make this change to address the costs related to new feature, support and maintenance.

What to do
If you want to continue to use Runn, you can log into your account and go to Account Settings> Billing and change your plan to either Lite or Standard. You can also use the annual plan option for more savings! You'll need to add your credit card to continue using Runn.
