I’ve added my credit card, but I still can’t activate my subscription. What should I do?

If your trial has expired, you will be prompted to add your credit card from the Plan and Billing page:

If your subscription is not activated automatically after adding your credit card, please close this pop-up by clicking on the X button on the top right corner and click Reactivate Subscription:

Enter your credit card information again if needed and the subscription should be activated. If not, please contact us via the in-app chatbox or email us at help@runn.io
