Private dashboards help you curate the most relevant Insights for your reporting needs. You can duplicate the same insight and apply different filters and settings to easily compare results across your organization. Your dashboards save these setups—helping you save time and focus on fast, focused reporting.
Creating a New Dashboard
Private dashboards are visible only to their creator and hidden from the rest of the organization.
To create a new private dashboard:
Open the Dashboards menu (three-line icon)
Click the (+) next to Private
Add a name for your dashboard
Adding Insights to a Dashboard
You can add up to 10 insights to a custom dashboard. Some insights can only be added once, while others can added multiple times. Insights will appear on the dashboard in the order they are added.
To add Insights to a private dashboard:
Click Add Insights on your new private dashboard
Select the type and number of insights you want to add
To remove any selected insights:
Click the (×) or
Click the Remove button (depending on the insight type)
Click Add Insights to confirm
Making and Saving Changes
Once Insights are added to your dashboard, you can customize them by applying filters and adjusting settings at a chart or global level.
Saved changes include:
Date settings (weekly/monthly and custom date range)
Display settings
Effort unit
People unit
Filters applied on insights
Type of data selected (e.g. Total/Billable/Non Billable Utilization)
Renaming and Deleting - Insights
To rename or delete an insight from a custom dashboard:
1. Click the (…) menu on the top right hand corner of the insight
2. Select Edit Name or Delete

To rename or delete a dashboard:
1. Hover over the name of the dashboard
2. Click the (…) menu that appears next to the dashboard you want to edit
3. Select Edit Name or Delete
