You’ll need to fill out this Request Form to get early access to this integration
You’ll need admin access in Runn
In Jira you’ll need access to all the projects that you want to link with Runn.
You’ll need about 5-10 minutes to complete the initial setup process.
We recommend you first try the integration with your test account in Runn. Click on your profile in the top right of your screen and choose Switch to Test Account. Once you are happy with the integration you can switch back to your live account using the same process.
Go to Settings > Integrations in Runn.
Choose Get Started on the Project Management and choose Jira
3. Step through the getting started screens to learn about the integration and choose the Connect button when you’re ready to link your Jira account to Runn.
4. Review the details of the data permission that Runn needs for the integration.
5. Select the domain for your Jira account.
6. Enter the subdomain for your Jira account.
7. Enter the email address that you use for logging into Jira
8. Follow the on-screen instructions to create an API token that Runn can use to access your Jira account.
9. You’ll see a bunch of confirmation screens to show you’re now connected.
Choose the “Close window” option to finish the initial setup process.
10. Runn will perform an initial sync in the background to find your Jira projects & people. This process may take up to 15 minutes. This sync will be performed automatically at least every 6 hours.
Once this initial sync is complete, you’ll see a confirmation message.
You can now get started with linking your first project in Runn
