In Runn, there are three types of real-time charts for you to visually track your performance and projections as you draw out your plans.
They allow you to see how you’re going across all your projects and people, so you can see how your overall business or department is going.

How to use charts
Click on the the chart button on the Planner:
Adjust the size as needed by dragging the grey bar.
Determine if you want to see the information by day or week.
You can also through different time periods by using the navigation tools on top.
Choose the type of Chart you'd like to see on the far right side:
Use the filter to get more specific- you can filter for teams, tags, roles, type, and even specific projects or people.
Please be aware that if you're using the People Planner, any filters you apply to the charts will also be reflected in the planner filter. This allows you to seamlessly drill down into the data:
Types of Charts
Capacity:
The Capacity & Workload chart gives you visibility over your people’s capacity and upcoming workload. Hover over a data point in the chart to view how your confirmed & tentative workloads and what remaining capacity you have for that period.

Availability:
The Availability chart gives you an overview of how many hours your people have available on any given day, considering your current workload. Hover over a data point to view the time period’s Maximum Capacity, scheduled Workload Total and remaining Availability. Note that anything in red indicate NO MORE availability.
Use this as a quick Bench Report to see which days are in the "green":

Utilization:
The Utilization chart shows your utilization rates so you can see if your people are under-utilized, over-utilized or tracking just right. Hover over a data point to see how your people's time is split between billable and non-billable work.
