6 Jul '26 - Clearer resource request activity and filter by user in the Activity Log

We've made two improvements to the Activity Log to help you track and review activity more effectively.

Resource request events are now more specific

Previously, resource request activity was captured under just three broad events — added, edited, and cancelled — which didn't always make it clear what action had actually taken place.

Resource request events are now broken out by status, giving you a more precise picture of each update:

  • Request Raised — a new resource request has been submitted

  • Hire Proposed — a request has been converted into a proposed hire

  • Request Responded — a response has been recorded on a request

  • Request Cancelled — a resource request or proposed hire has been cancelled

Filter activity by user

You can now filter the Activity Log by user, making it easier to review what a specific user has done — whether you're auditing changes, following up on a request, or checking recent activity for a particular user.

Together, these updates make the Activity Log more useful for understanding what's happening across your projects and resourcing workflows.
