  • Budget by Phases and Roles (Premium and Enterprise Plans only)

Budget by Roles

  • Budget is managed by role across the entire project duration.

  • Available for all Pricing Models

  • Best for simple projects that don’t require time-based phase breakdowns.

Budget by Phases

This budget method is available on Premium and Enterprise Plans only.

Most suitable for customers who want to manage their budget across defined time frames (phases) and are not concerned with how those amounts are allocated by role. Ideal when phase-based tracking is key, but tracking by project roles isn’t required.

  • Budget is defined by project phases without assigning amounts to specific roles.

  • Available only for Time & Materials and Fixed Price pricing models

  • Suitable if you only need to define phase budgets by the monetary amount

❌ You cannot assign phase budgets by hours/ days. If you need to assign a budget by time, please choose Phases & Roles as the budget method.

❌ Not available for non-billable projects
