Only Admin users with Edit Account Settings and Data set as On can access the CSV Import/Exporter.
This budget method lets you manage a project’s budget by phases without assigning specific amounts to specific roles—ideal when tracking time is essential but allocating budget by role isn’t a priority.

If you choose "Budget by Phase" as your budget method for a project, you can use the Phase CSV import to enter the budget amount for each phase.
Once you've downloaded the Phase CSV file, you'll see a column where you can enter the budget amount for each phase:
Please note that if you enter a budget amount for a project that does not use "Budget by Phase" as its method, you will be notified of this in the CSV during data import:
You cannot update the budget method here. To update the budget method, please use the Projects CSV.

You cannot delete Phases with the CSV Tool. You will have to delete them manually in Runn.
If project isn’t using a phase budgeting method, entry is ignored.
