Some people aren’t receiving notifications. What’s causing the issue?

Explains why some users may not be getting notifications and what to do.

Runn's platform uses a third-party to send notifications called Novu. Users are automatically added once notifications are enabled- but there can sometimes be a short delay.

If some of your users are not receiving notifications, contact the Customer Success Team via chat or email (help@runn.io) and we'll run a new sync which should address the issue.
